Leaders need the skills to not only craft strategy but also to ensure it is implemented. They are responsible for overseeing the implementation by supporting their people. Leaders do not implement strategy, their people do. The “Leader’s Audit” is designed to ensure they have the implementation skills.
Please answer each question below on a scale from one to ten, where one is very poor and ten is excellent. For some questions you may be tempted to answer yes or no but a score reflecting your effort is required. Some of the questions start with an implementation fact. After answering the questions reflect on your total and consider the actions that you as the leader of the implementation can take to make an improvement.
